We bring ice baths and sauna to your event, set them up, run them all day and take them away. Flat rate, on-site staff and public liability insurance included. You get on with the event.
A race finish line, a trade-show stand and a wedding are not the same job. Headcount, queueing, space and who operates the kit all change. These are the six scenarios we have a fixed protocol for.
Finish-line recovery zone for trail, triathlon, HYROX, road races and CrossFit competitions. High volume in a short window: we run several units in parallel and manage the queue so it keeps moving.
The ice bath as an endurance challenge on your stand. It creates a queue, content and conversation without a photo wall. We install indoors on a 220V socket, with no drain and no building work, and we work to the venue's build slots.
Less for the wedding day itself and more for the morning-after brunch, the stag or hen weekend, or the summer villa party. Weekend format, discreet setup and collection once the place has emptied out.
Here hot-cold contrast is not an add-on, it is part of the programme. Full pack of ice bath plus sauna, available for every day of the retreat, with a protocol briefing for the facilitator.
Office wellness days, offsites and kick-offs. It works because it is voluntary, it is uncomfortable, and everyone leaves talking about it. We set up on a terrace, courtyard or indoor room and brief every participant individually.
Pre-season, training camps and heavy training blocks. The kit goes in once and stays for the whole camp, on a long-stay rate rather than a day rate. Very common in cycling, youth football and triathlon.
Event rental is not billed by the day like a stay rental. It is a full service at a fixed price, because what you are buying is not a tub: it is the event day running without you having to think about it.
We deliver, install and hand it over running. Around 30 minutes per unit. We work to whatever build slot the venue gives us, overnight included.
One of our supervisors stays for the whole day: monitors temperature, manages the queue, runs the safety briefing and maintains the water.
Public liability insurance, with a certificate for the organiser or venue on request. Every participant signs a health declaration.
Filtration and parameter checks throughout the event, with scheduled water changes based on the number of uses.
Towels, entry mat, protocol signage and a waiting point. All the participant has to do is get in.
Breakdown and removal at close. The space is left as we found it, with no drainage needed and no water left behind.
It is every organiser's first question and the one most often got wrong. With 2-3 minute sessions plus changeover, one tub handles 12 to 18 people per hour. Everything else follows from that.
| Guests | Activation window | Recommended units |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 50 | 2-3 hours | 1 ice bath |
| 50 – 120 | 3-4 hours | 2 ice baths |
| 120 – 250 | 4 hours | 3 ice baths |
| 250 – 500 | 4-6 hours | 4-5 ice baths + queue management |
| Over 500 | Full day | Bespoke — let's talk |
If the event includes a sauna, allow around 4 m² of clear space per unit and bear in mind that the contrast protocol lengthens each person's turn. We size those differently.
We have a base and our own crew in these cities, which means same-day setup and no long travel surcharge. If your event is outside these areas, just ask.
